Talbot Business Solutions, LLC, a premier software solutions provider, announced today the release of the Arbitration Document Support Module (ADS) for its cloud based Employee Benefits Administration software product, MTSS-mba.
The new ADS module offers those charged with managing arbitration and unfair labor practice cases, a central repository for the document and status history associated with the life cycle of those cases. Case records are each created by entering their key data elements. They can then be retrieved by any one, or combination of those elements. Case related documents are scanned in and linked to their cases. Each document may include hundreds of pages or just one, depending on how the user wishes to group them. Security is implemented so that users may have read only or read-write access to information.
Using the MTSS-mba ADS module, case documents, either open or closed, can be retrieved and referenced for language and settlement terms that may bear on current cases. Searches can be performed on date filed, local union, legal representative, open status and many other criteria. Reports can be generated according to case status for distribution among responsible parties.
The new ADS module, which can be integrated into an existing MTSS-mba installation, or stand alone, is now available in the general release of MTSS-mba. TPA versions will be available soon.
