Via Airlines and PASS Partnership Revolutionize Collegiate Sports Charters
Maitland, FL (PRWEB) June 13, 2016 -- Via Airlines has been serving as one of the top charter airlines for collegiate sports teams since 1997. After initially partnering with PASS in 2015, both companies are taking their service a step further. Last year both companies were in search of a top-rated company to partner with when they first formed their partnership.
Via Airlines recent achievement of its FAA 121 certification for both domestic and supplemental service will allow the partnership to achieve an entirely new level of service for college sports teams. Via’s 121 certification allows the airline to operate 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 jet aircraft for faster flight service. Via Airlines is also the first airline to be certified in the new Part 5 Safety Management System regulations, ensuring a new level of safety in the aviation industry. Combined with both companies’ dedicated experts on-hand, Via Airlines and PASS are exclusively positioned to provide for the unique needs of sports team travel, providing teams with safe, reliable and affordable service. For its partnership with PASS, Via Airlines will dedicate four aircraft from its fleet to the service of PASS and their partnership.
Irit Vizer, President of Via Airlines, said, “We are extremely excited to take our partnership with PASS to the next level. At Via Airlines, we have always believed that air service is not just a means of transportation. Partnering with a company whose quality of service beliefs match ours ensures our clients will receive an exemplary level of service. Our professional team understands client satisfaction is critical to successful flight operations. With our 121 and SMS certifications, our partnership with PASS increases both of our abilities to provide exceptional charter services across the country.”
“Partnering with Via Airlines is an outstanding opportunity for both PASS and Via. PASS successfully adapted its integrated communication and comprehensive solution to the quickly evolving collegiate market” said Bill Larkin President of PASS.
“Both companies excel at providing top-level charter services for collegiate sports teams. Working together will give clients the best from both companies. It’s a win-win situation for the universities and we’re all very pleased to be able to give this level of service.” Said Sue Pavlak, COO of PASS
