2016 Grammy nominated DJ/Producer Dechard, hailing from Italy, has actively been making his way across the globe with the goal to take the Electronic Dance Music scene by storm! Although Italian born & raised, this eclectic producer with Belgian roots has finally arrived stateside in Los Angeles, California. Dechard brings with him an extensive portfolio that creatively unifies European, as well as American musical influences.
Dechard's unique style of genre play ranges from the old school. tastefully complimenting today's modern musical elements that captivate the senses into a world of rhythmic masterpieces leaving the listener to enjoy a truly original artist. Since the age of sixteen, Dechard whom is now 26 has made quite the name for himself performing in numerous club scenes, & various stages in Europe as well as abroad.
Having released his first EP in 2013 titled, 'Amazing', was Dechard's driving inspiration & stepping stone that pushed him to further his career by setting his sights on travel to the United States. Releasing two more EPs in 2014, 'Three Gems' & 'Balloons' (Irma Records, Italy) – Dechard has further moved up the ranks with an August 2015 Akademia Music Awards nomination for ‘Best Pop/Dance Act’, another September 2015 Hollywood Music In Media Awards nomination for ‘Best Song’, & a 58th Grammy Awards nomination February 2016 for ‘Best Pop Duo’ in 'F****** In Love' with artist Sabrina Petrini!
Aside from these prestigious nominations, this talented producer has an educated background in Sound Engineering from Essex University. We can only expect many more exciting projects to be released by Dechard in the near future; those of which are sure to rival his previous projects including remixes for Alex Vargas, EDX, Bob Sinclair, & Phaze Project.
