Blue Water, a top digital agency with offices in D.C., New York, and San Francisco, announced today that Robert Rodriguez has joined the company as Vice President of Client Engagement. In his new role, Mr. Rodriguez will lead innovation and growth for clients and partners.

Mr. Rodriguez brings more than 18 years of program management, strategic sales and marketing, and product development experience to the Blue Water team. Before joining Blue Water, Mr. Rodriguez worked for IBM as Offering Manager in Health Eligibility Programs. In this role, he led cross-functional teams to strategize, develop, and optimize products for government agencies worldwide. Mr. Rodriguez also led several other initiatives within the Watson Health Group including a data purge and archive module, as well as a solution to address MMIS modernization requirements. Prior to IBM, Mr. Rodriguez was Director of Product Management at EngagePoint where he was responsible for development and deployment of products as well as post-deployment optimization with client executive leadership teams.
