The American Marketing Association establishes speakers bureau to help marketers easily find, vet and book experts for their meetings and events.
CHICAGO (PRWEB) June 14, 2016
The American Marketing Association (AMA) today announced the launch of a Speakers Bureau, powered by Orate, an innovative digital market network that connects event organizers with the most relevant thought leaders, to help marketers easily find, vet and book experts for their meetings and events.
The Bureau will provide marketers with the ability to tap into marketing experts, industry professionals, scholars and researchers with a diverse portfolio of subject areas.
“Together, the AMA, its local chapters and the marketing community at large hosts hundreds of events per year. The new Speakers Bureau is an important initiative to support our ongoing commitment to train and educate marketers with timely and forward-thinking ideas and best practices,” said Russ Klein, CEO of the American Marketing Association. “As the intellectual force in the industry, we have designed the Speakers Bureau as a resource to help marketers identify the right thought leader to appeal to their audience.”
By visiting https://www.ama.org/resources/Pages/Speakers-Bureau.aspx, marketers will have access to a portal with a list of 2,000 speakers. Visitors can quickly search for speakers, covering a variety of topics and issues, and identify and secure the most relevant expert for their event.
As an additional benefit, marketers who are looking to expand their speaking engagements and exposure as keynoters, panelists and presenters can use the portal. Planners using the portal to book an AMA Chapter event, will receive a discounted rate.
“As the premier source for connecting like-minded individuals to foster knowledge sharing and relationship building, and the trusted resource for marketing information, tools and training, the Speakers Bureau is a natural extension for AMA,” said Sara Capra, co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Orate. “We’re thrilled that this partnership provides marketers an access point to easily engage with inspiring and intellectually stimulating presenters.”
