Merging the companies makes sense for all of us, but it’s the customers who will really benefit. The wider range of products and services available to law firms and corporate legal departments will streamline litigation and help reduce costs.
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) June 15, 2016
Terry Reeves, CEO of Elite Document Technology, today announced that the company has acquired iSolutions Digital Litigation Services. iSolutions, a group formerly of Lone Star Litigation Services, has been a well-known litigation support provider in Texas since 1995.
iSolutions provides traditional litigation support services, with an emphasis on consultative implementation for more competitive litigation support solutions. The acquisition of iSolutions positions Elite at the forefront of litigation support providers. By combining the strengths of the two companies, Elite continues to grow into one of the most comprehensive solution providers in the industry.
“Elite already partners with a wide variety of firms, but adding iSolutions’ clientele takes us to a whole new level,” said Terry Reeves, owner and CEO of Elite. “We are especially excited to add Viewpoint and our Court Reporting/Records offerings from our sister company, Elite Deposition Technologies, to these firms."
iSolutions customers will also appreciate the security of Elite’s cloud-based hosting services. By moving from desktop applications to a private cloud computing architecture, users gain access to a wider range of functions and features and eliminate the need to constantly monitor, evaluate and purchase new software. This type of data infrastructure offers the most powerful processing resources, flexible storage capacities, and high data accessibility and security features available.
“We have partnered with Elite on many projects over the years and we have always been impressed with their level of quality and commitment to their clients,” said George Morgan, Vice President of iSolutions Digital Litigation Services, who joins the Elite team as a Litigation Support Consultant. “Merging the companies makes sense for all of us, but it’s the customers who will really benefit. The wider range of products and services available to law firms and corporate legal departments will streamline litigation and help reduce costs.”
Terry Heuman, CEO of iSolutions Digital Litigation Services, said that the deal represents a “step forward” in the everyday race of understanding e-discovery. He continued, “Our clients face numerous challenges related to the dramatic expansion of electronic discovery across the country and the increasing financial responsibility placed on the shoulders of both plaintiffs and defendants. We believe that the combination of Elite’s dedicated review team with their work flow management system can provide us with the opportunity for significant future growth and ensure the best benefits for our clients.”
Mr. Reeves agreed, adding that, “Once combined, we will offer to all of the current iSolutions customers — from large enterprises and governments to law firms — unrivaled technology understanding and unmatched consulting experience. We will be well positioned to drive meaningful growth and push the boundaries of innovation.”
Each case will go through a consultation to identify objectives and determine solutions to be provided. Managing litigation costs is every client’s top priority and will be accomplished through advisory services, evidence strategies designed in conjunction with clients, advanced review tools, advanced analytics and competitive pricing plans.
