From a highly competitive field of small business contractors, the government selected DRT as an awardee of the multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The maximum contract value across all task orders is $25 billion over ten years.

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations. These systems include the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid information technology systems. Other Department of Health and Human Services Operating Divisions (HHS OPDIVs) may also place orders under this contract.
