Rotary Club of San Jose Brings Back Fireworks to Downtown Skies, New Partners Enhance the Event with Dinner and Music
San Jose, CA (PRWEB) June 18, 2016 -- The Rotary Club of San Jose, Silicon Valley’s most prominent humanitarian service club, will bring back the public fireworks display to downtown San Jose for the Independence Day holiday. The event returns to the skies above Discovery Meadow near the Children’s Discovery Museum and Center for the Performing Arts on July 4, 2016.
In addition to a world-class fireworks display, which begins at 9:30 pm, the Rotary Club has partnered with two San Jose arts groups, Broadway San Jose and Symphony Silicon Valley, to enhance the community experience.
Symphony Silicon Valley, under the baton of conductor Peter Jaffe, will perform a Summer Pops program. The performance begins at 5:30 pm on July 4th and will have a patriotic theme. Free of charge and open to the general public. The performance will be simulcast.
Broadway San Jose will host a VIP, family friendly buffet dinner. The dinner will be served in front of the the Center for Performing Arts, giving attendees a front row seat to a spectacular fireworks display. Tickets are $65 adults and $35 children. To purchase tickets rotaryfireworksvip.com
