Celebrate Native American Art and Culture this September
(PRWEB) August 26, 2016 -- September marks the celebration of Native American Heritage Month, honoring the contributions of Native American culture, history, and art. SilverTribe.com has proudly represented many talented Native artists since its foundation, but it is the unsung heroes that continue to support Native American culture and art with their life’s work. SilverTribe wants to pay homage to Wilson Aronilth for Native American Heritage Month.
Local heroes, like Professor Wilson Aronilth, who teaches Dine studies, gave a keynote speech at Diné College’s new Navajo Cultural Arts Program. His contributions to both Native culture and the art society have taught students so much about Navajo culture. Because of his contributions to both his own heritage and skills as an artist, he can teach a vast array of people the cultural significance of Native American beliefs through his art.
SilverTribe.com wants to immerse people in art this Native American Heritage Month and honor people like Aronilth by inviting new guests to see some similar silversmith art on their site. Spokesman for the company, Chris Anderson, gave a statement after reading the commitment of this teacher. “It’s people like Aronilth that keeps the traditions and culture of Native Americans alive and well and instills them in the next generation to continue the legacy of this proud group of people.”
Anderson and his team at SilverTribe want to create awareness in the general public about outstanding citizens that go above and beyond for National Native American Heritage Month this September.
Silvertribe has always been dedicated to the Native artists they represent and want to give people the opportunity to explore this art form and the Native American culture as a whole for the month of September.
People can find more Native American, jewelry, pottery, and art at SilverTribe.com as well.
