Don’t Panic Labs Invests in Mobile Deal-Finding Service DealAnyDay
Lincoln, NE (PRWEB) June 22, 2016 -- Don’t Panic Labs, the development arm of the Lincoln-based software investment fund Nebraska Global, is pleased to announce its investment in DealAnyDay, an online service that helps people save money with a list of no-coupon deals in their city.
The DealAnyDay app enables customers to find deals based on the location of their mobile device, from a city-based list, or with a map of "Nearby" deals. It is free for businesses to list a deal and free for people to use a deal. Businesses can increase their visibility by using DealAnyDay’s premium “Featured” tier, which promotes their listings to the top of relevant search results and on the first page of their app.

DealAnyDay’s approach is different because its entries are human-curated. In most of its cities, DealAnyDay is the only company that lists local deals in one app: Food & Drink specials, Happy Hour specials, and non-food deals like oil changes, haircuts, and movie tickets.
The DealAnyDay mobile app is the result of a partnership forged with Don’t Panic Labs in late 2015. By co-locating at the Don’t Panic Labs offices, the two teams were able to closely collaborate on development of a highly-functional yet easy-to-use mobile app.
