Noblis Recognized on The Washington Post “Top Workplaces” List for Third Consecutive Year
Falls Church, Va. (PRWEB) June 20, 2016 -- Noblis, Inc., a leading provider of science, technology, and strategy services, was ranked #5 on The Washington Post's annual “Top Workplaces” list. A celebration held Thursday honored Noblis and other employers for receiving the highest employee survey results in the metropolitan region. This is the 3rd consecutive year that Noblis has been recognized on this list.
The Washington Post “Top Workplaces” program seeks to identify employers that excel at organizational health and workplace engagement. The survey is professionally administered by Workplace Dynamics, a leader in organizational health research, and is based solely on employee feedback.
“At Noblis, we are committed to making our company a great place to work,” said Jean Cain, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “Being recognized as a ‘Top Workplace’ is a true honor and a testament to our culture.”
“Noblis employs highly skilled individuals dedicated to finding meaningful solutions for challenging science and technology problems,” said Amr ElSawy, Noblis President and CEO. “Our focus is on delivering best value solutions to our government clients. We have created a dynamic workplace with a highly engaged workforce and invested in outstanding technical capabilities to deliver results for our nation. We are proud to be recognized as a 'Top Workplace'."
