LECMPA, provider of wage loss protection for union railroad and transportation workers, today announced it has been named the winner of two industry awards: Gold Award winner as “Customer Service Team of the Year” by the Network Products Guide and Silver Award winner in the “Customer Service Team of the Year” category by Customer Sales and Service World Awards.

Each of these prestigious and highly sought after industry awards honor excellence for providing exemplary customer service. Experienced judges from a broad spectrum of global industries participated in evaluating the companies and their scores determined the award finalists and winners.
