The world’s first indoor trampoline park, Sky Zone, has increased customer satisfaction and improved efficiency and productivity through its partnership with Instaply. Instaply TaaS (text-as-a-service) Business Solutions has enabled Sky Zone customers to conveniently engage in 2-way text exchanges with the company at their leisure.

Sky Zone partnered with Instaply to efficiently handle the indoor park’s increasing call volumes – which can peak at 10,000 calls per month at a single park – without losing sight of the company’s promise of a ‘WOW’ customer experience. The two companies embarked on a pilot for two of the indoor park’s locations - each receiving a uniform TaaS implementation and integrated texting functionality into the park’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.

The results were almost immediate. Within the first 30 days of implementation, Sky Zone had successfully deflected 10% of its calls to the text service and, within the first 90 days, booked more than 200 parties via text. The TaaS solution has significantly decreased the effort required for Sky Zone customers to communicate with the franchise and also reduced agents’ effort to provide customers with the company-defined “WoW” experience. According to Kristy Adams, Chief Relationship Officer of the piloting 6-park Sky Zone franchise group, “Instaply is amazing! The success of the pilot has solidified the Sky Zone and Instaply partnership.
