Lightning Bolt Solutions Announces Industry Veteran Gavin Yoder as VP of Sales

Lightning Bolt Solutions, the leading provider of automated physician shift scheduling, today announced the appointment of Gavin Yoder as vice president of sales. In this role, Yoder will lead the development and staffing of Lightning Bolt’s national sales team in four key areas: field and customer sales, sales strategy, sales training, and sales operations. He will also lead the organizational design of the national sales team, setting the vision, leading change, and serving as a mentor.

Prior to joining Lightning Bolt, Yoder served as vice president of sales for the occupational medicine and urgent care market segment at Net Health Systems. Here he inherited a brand new business unit and developed it into a national team, growing recurring revenues by 110 percent with $9.5 million in total revenue the first year. Yoder has also served as regional vice president of channel sales at AllscriptsMisys, the result of a merger between Allscripts and Misys Healthcare, where he grew annual revenue to over $12 million managing teams that covered 12 states.

In addition to roles building successful sales teams and processes, Yoder has also served as vice president of strategic partnerships for Apervita and Allscripts, developing new partner programs to build strong and sustainable partner ecosystems and achieving up to $7.8 million in annual revenue.
