The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) announces Sales2Win, a series of self-paced online training programs for sales professionals who are looking to evolve into better businesspeople and who take a more strategic and consultative approach toward customer interactions.
“Sales2Win was developed in reaction to a growing need for sales talent development that was reinforced by participants in HSMAI’s 2015 Chief Sales Officer Executive (CSO) Roundtable,” said Fran Brasseux, executive vice president of HSMAI.
Program leader John Parke, president & CEO of Leadership Synergies, introduces HSMAI's Sales2Win training program as unique in the industry as it also contains a personalized mentoring component. “The Sales2Win mentoring will help sales professionals apply the course learnings, and develop and review an action plan," said John Parke.
Sales2Win will include distinct, in-depth sales education programs beginning with Account Management. The next components to be offered will be Select Service Selling for General Managers and Sports Sales. Other components planned include Inside Sales, Regional Sales, Catering Sales, Strategic Account Management, and Destination Sales.
“Account management is a crucial part of sales today to the point that if you do not have a plan in place, you may be vulnerable since your competitors who do have a plan have a decided advantage,” added Parke.
