The ARC’s Diamond Certification is awarded to service companies that are capable of passing a twelve-step rating process, which includes telephone surveys with approximately 100 random past customers from the company’s files. Customers are asked to rate the company on a scale of 1-10, and since certification requires a score of 90-100, most companies do not pass.
The ARC also verifies the company’s insurance, liability, business practices, financial stability, past complaints and more in order to ensure that a clear picture is painted and to highlight the most reputable businesses in the area.
