With GhostDraft, FirstBest customers can create custom documents for their individual prospects and policyholders. The system uses a plain-language model that includes all the data elements required to populate a typical quote or proposal. Insurers’ business users can also create templates that automatically compose any number of documents tailored specifically to each individual prospect.
