Eight Clients Win 2016 Learning! 100 Awards for Their Innovative & High-Performing Learning Cultures

Eight CloudCoaching International (CCI) and Baker Communications (BCI) clients have been honored as 2016 Enterprise Learning! 100 Award Winners – with three in the top 10, and Amazon Web Services taking the number one spot! These global organizations were recognized for exhibiting innovation, collaboration and high performance within an immersive learning culture.

CCI and BCI are thrilled to congratulate these six partners for their first-time wins:

#1 – Amazon Web Services
Recognized for their global Outcome-Based Account Management (OBAM) program. #7 – Ingersoll Rand
Recognized for their global project, which implemented a sales management system based on the award-winning book, Pathways to Growth. This sales management system is being implemented across all business units in order to further enable sales management methodologies, tools, skills and standard work.

#13 – T-Mobile
Recognized for their leadership and innovative project to culturally ingrain a standard sales management system and coaching methodology, based on Pathways to Growth, within the US Business Sales Team.

#39 – World Fuel Services
Recognized for their global project to unite 32 acquisitions into one unified selling process and sales management system based on Pathways to Growth and Customer Outcome Selling. To span the immense range of cultural differences in this global project, the entire implementation utilizes a blended learning methodology involving e-learning, classroom training, embedded micro-learning video tools, and collaborative web conferencing tools.

#47 – Brainshark
Recognized for deploying a highly customized Pathways to Growth project centered on driving a disciplined and engaged sales coaching culture to support Brainshark's strategic initiatives.
