Visit school cafeterias in the newest episode of the short-form documentary series "Behind the Scenes" hosted by James Earl Jones. Improving the health of our children is always in the news these days. The show will investigate the changes and what Healthy Dining Options are now available for school lunch programs.

James Earl Jones will introduce the segment, followed by an exploration of what is on the menu now versus what we ate as children. From pizza to pasta, vegetables to desserts, the show will talk with leading nutritionists to discuss what changes have helped our children make better eating choices and what have failed. It will also investigate the challenges school kitchens face with expanding awareness of food allergies and how they affect the health of children and adults alike. Breakfast selections are also discussed as school lunch programs continue to expand to keep underprivileged children fed and healthy.
