Summit Sky Ranch Announces 19 Home Sales for $17M in the First Quarter of 2016
Silverthorne, CO (PRWEB) June 22, 2016 -- Sales at Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado continued to soar through the winter season, with 19 new sales contracts for $17 million in the first quarter of 2016. In total, Summit Sky Ranch has sold 48 homes and cabins for $54 million since it launched sales on September 19, 2015. Only two homes remain available for purchase in the development’s first phase.
