Libera adds Aware Support to Service Desk Offering for Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies

Libera today launched the first in a series of Vocational Rehabilitation Platinum Services that offer a professional suite of communication, analytics and training support services for VR counselors and administrative staff. These new Platinum services, combined with the assistance of VR subject matter experts and Aware certified staff, provide new administrative and field support options for VR agencies. With this upgrade, the Libera Platinum Services have been expanded to include support for the Aware platform, the leading records management software for VR state agencies.

The first Platinum Service release is the ‘Libera Service Desk.’ The Libera Service Desk features a web-based portal and a live chat integration allowing VR counselors and administrative staff to get their questions answered in real time. Service Desk users have access to a vast library of knowledge-based articles, personalized training opportunities, usage summaries and analytics relevant to client cases. Libera recently added Ken Goss, a vocational rehabilitation industry expert, to lead the company’s commitment to being a top-tier services provider.

Current users of the Libera Service Desk include Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB), Arkansas Rehabilitation Services (ARS), The Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (Connecticut – BRS), and Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB).
