From its distribution center network across North America and the United Kingdom, the Company serves a diverse base of reseller customers, including national and regional parts distributors, mobile tool dealers, heavy duty distributors and a variety of other automotive and industrial resellers. The purchase by Freeman Spogli and partnership with ISN’s management team will allow the Company to continue its rapid growth into new geographies, product categories and customer channels.
BlackArch was retained by ISN’s management team and financial sponsor, Audax, to serve as the primary financial advisor on the transaction. The ISN transaction builds upon BlackArch’s significant momentum in the Distribution & Logistics and Automotive Aftermarket sectors, representing the 20th transaction for BlackArch in these sectors during the past four years.
