Hicksville, New York

The ability to reach more patients by opening three new clinics in one day truly exemplifies our strong commitment and dedication to providing the highest quality healthcare product to the markets that we serve.

Professional Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, announces today the opening of three new, state-of-the-art facilities in Gramercy Park, Hicksville, and Syosset, New York. Patients on Long Island and Lower Manhattan now have greater access to the clinical expertise and cutting-edge therapeutics offered in each clinic.

This is a groundbreaking achievement for Professional Physical Therapy, as it identified three major communities in need of high levels of patient care, and has successfully delivered. The new Gramercy Park clinic joins the additional 23 locations in Manhattan as the largest in its region, while the two locations in Hicksville and Syosset, in Nassau County, Long Island, are conveniently situated and easily accessible to both new and existing patients in the area.

Tony D’Angelo, Partner and Senior Vice-President of Clinical Operations in New York City adds, “The Gramercy Park clinic is stunning and spacious, with 6,000 sq. ft. Its size and convenient location makes this a clear choice for our Lower Manhattan patients who live and work in this area. Newly appointed Director, Christopher Costello’s clinical skills and credentials speak for themselves. Chris holds dual certifications in both Orthopedic and Sports Specialties and is a National Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has a proven track record of success and an unparalleled reputation during his tenure at our Columbus Circle location.”

Clinical Directors, Christopher McCutchan in Hicksville, and Jack Younghans in Syosset, have been an integral part of the Professional Physical Therapy clinical team in the Great Neck and Roslyn clinics, respectively, and are now taking their passion for helping patients feel better to the next level. The entire team at Professional looks forward to the success that Costello, McCutchan and Younghans will bring to our three newest facilities.

Tim Mauro states “It is both rewarding and exciting to be involved in developing new clinics from the ground up. Our new Syosset and Hicksville locations are the perfect geographical complement to Professional Physical Therapy’s existing facilities on Long Island. Our team looks forward to continuing to provide the highest level of patient satisfaction and care to the new and surrounding communities of Nassau County.”

“The ability to reach more patients by opening three new clinics in one day truly exemplifies our strong commitment and dedication to providing the highest quality healthcare product to the markets that we serve. All three Clinical Directors in the new locations grew up within the Professional organization, which is a direct reflection on our ability to develop best-in-class clinicians, as well as our deep bench strength of leadership talent” expresses Adam Elberg, President, CEO and Founding Partner of Professional Physical Therapy.
