Murchison & Cumming is pleased to announce the addition of Christine V. Nitoff and Margaret C. McDonald as Associates in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Ms. Nitoff is currently focusing her practice on general litigation matters and has a background in healthcare reimbursement and insurance coverage issues. Prior to joining Murchison & Cumming, Ms. McDonald worked as a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney – Housing Division and as an Extern for Judge Maureen Tighe in Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Ms. Nitoff is a graduate of University of Southern California Gould School of Law (J.D.) and University of California, Davis (B.A.) and has a USC Law School Business Law Certificate. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California and a member of USC Law's Hale Moot Court Honors Program. She also was a Los Angeles County court appointed mediator as part of the USC Law Advanced Mediation Clinic.
Ms. McDonald is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School (J.D.) where she graduated magna cum laude and the University of San Francisco (B.A.) where she studied history and graduated cum laude. While in undergraduate school, Ms. McDonald spent her junior year abroad at the University of Oxford, primarily studying medieval British history.
