All I wanted to do was be a part of my son's life and I ended up getting full custody because of Mr. Artusa
Jersey City, New Jersey (PRWEB) June 24, 2016
The days where fathers are not equal to mothers in family court in New Jersey are over, New Jersey Family Court Attorney Santo Artusa continues to successfully represent father's rights in the New Jersey family courts. Recently New Jersey Family Court and Child Custody Attorney Santo Artusa secured residential and sole custody of a young child after the father was only permitted to see the child in a supervised environment prior to Mr. Artusa's entry into the case. Attorney Santo Artusa argued that a mother that frequently leaves her child with her parents to travel for fun and for the grandparents to essentially raise the child is against a father's constitutional rights to raise the child, and that the grandparent's do not have standing to have custody of the child because the mother could not prove the father was not able to care for the toddler. The grandmother was ordered to hand over custody of the child immediately in the courthouse. The Judge went even further and granted sole custody of the minor child to Mr. Artusa's client. The case was heard and decided in Hudson County Family Court under docket number FD-09-1346-16.
In another recent father's rights case, New Jersey Family Court Attorney Santo Artusa was able to secure the transfer of custody of a fourteen year old girl living with her mother to the child's father. Attorney Artusa argued that the mother was more concerned with partying, traveling and entertainment than spending time with her daughter and that behavior were factors that led to the child's grades suffering and depression. The Judge agreed and granted custody of the child to Mr. Artusa's client. This case was also heard in the Hudson County Family Court and was under docket FD-09-342-15.
