HCAP Partners (formerly Huntington Capital), a California-based mezzanine debt and private equity firm, has announced the promotion of Frank Mora to Partner in the firm. HCAP Partners finances high-potential, growing companies in the areas of services, manufacturing, software, and healthcare that are located in the western United States.
Frank has been a key member of the HCAP Partners investment committee for HCAP Partners III, L.P. since joining the firm in early 2013 and is responsible for the origination, structuring, diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities as well as limited partner relationships. Prior to joining HCAP Partners, Frank was a Principal at DBI Capital, a California-based private equity firm, as well as a Vice President in the Fixed Income Capital Markets group for Citigroup in New York. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a BS in Economics with dual concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
