John Quinlan, President of Davidson Quinn Global Entertainment, today announced that Jim Templar will add to his role of chief creative officer of Film and TV Entertainment and will join the promotions team as Senior Vice President, Australian Entertainment Promotions.
In this newly created role, Jim Templar will develop national promotion strategies, marketing and will be promoting live events in Australia. This will include image promotion and VIP celebrity hosting as well as controlling an ongoing TV and film theatrical marketing campaign. He will spend equal amounts of time in the DQ headquarters in Los Angeles and in their new offices in Brisbane.

Jim Templar joined Davidson Quinn from AMC Networks, where he served as a TV producer. He previously worked at FX Networks and held earlier roles at CBS and NBC Universal. He has also acted in several top grossing movies and TV series and is represented by Creative Artists Agency.
