Top advertising and media personality in India brings expertise to social media analytics company

Unmetric, the leading brand-focused social media intelligence company, today announced that Anant Rangaswami has joined the company’s Advisory Board. In this role, Anant will provide Unmetric’s executive team with outside advice and perspective on the company’s growth and direction.

Anant is currently the Editor of Storyboard, the advertising, media and marketing show on CNBC TV18.

Previously, he was founding editor of Campaign India and senior editor at Firstpost.com. Well-recognized in India’s media and advertising industries, Anant has over 23 years’ experience with companies including STAR TV, Sony’s SET and BCCL’s Times Television and Times FM. He also served as Vice President at TBWA India. Anant has authored two books: Watching from the Sidelines and The Elephants in the Room: The Future of Advertising in India. He is currently working on a book on the history of advertising in India.
