MEA Honors Three Montana Dakota Utilities Employees with Life Sustaining Awards
Bloomington, Minn. (PRWEB) June 29, 2016 -- Each year MEA sponsors the Life Sustaining Awards program to recognize energy industry employees who have gone "above and beyond" the call of duty by performing an act of heroism. This year MEA is honored to present three (3) of twelve total Life Sustaining Awards to Montana Dakota Utilities employees: Brandon Moser, operator 3; Chad Bender, operator 1; and Kevin Allard, operator 1.
Allard, Bender, and Moser were moving building materials into the Allard’s backyard when Mary Allard collapsed. Allard, Bender, and Moser immediately came to her assistance and called 911. Mary Allard was treated for a ruptured aneurysm in her brain and is expected to make a full recovery, thanks to the quick response of Allard, Bender, and Moser.
Applicants for the MEA Life Sustaining Award are approved by the Executive Committee of MEA’s Board of Directors. Read all the Life Sustaining stories here: http://www.midwestenergy.org/life-sustaining-award-2016.html.
