Dark Horse Bar and Eatery Has New Custom Signage by Lawrence Sign
(PRWEB) June 29, 2016 -- The Dark Horse Bar and Eatery opened in the Lower Town District in St. Paul, Minnesota and looked to Lawrence Sign to assist with the entire signage process from permitting to manufacturing to installation. With the historical nature of Lower Town, the custom signage requirements and permitting steps are more involved than those in a traditional location.
"Thank you Lawrence Sign and Dave Gunderson for helping me through the city process to maximize my business exposure in the beautiful historic Lowertown district," said Paddy Whelan, one of the Dark Horse owners.
Lawrence Sign’s expertise in working with local governments and the Historical Preservation Committee was instrumental in assisting Dark Horse Bar and Eatery in obtaining approval for their one of a kind image. “Understanding our customer’s needs and their branding goals is our top priority. The Lawrence Sign team will work with the various agencies to provide our customer with the most impactful signage possible within the municipalities’ parameters,” said Robb Walker, CEO.
Lawrence Sign utilized their custom manufacturing capabilities when challenged by the customer and the Historical Preservation Committee to create an illuminated sign only three inches deep from a hand drawn logo.
Dave Gunderson, Account Executive with Lawrence Sign, said, “I enjoyed working with the Dark Horse crew and helping them through the complex permitting process in finding the solution that is right for them. The restaurant is a fantastic addition to the Lower Town District.”
