Cloud-based time and expense application allows both client and project budgeting with alerts

Most competitive products are limited to providing budgeting only by project, which may not provide early warning of cost overruns required for businesses tracking multiple projects. This new feature alerts TimeLedger managers in real time as labor and expense charges accumulate against their clients’ projects -- keeping organizations from exceeding their clients’ overall budgets.

Alerts can be set as either percentages of budget or absolute monetary amounts, also at both the client and project level.
