Midtown Phoenix has experienced a recent boom in technology and startup companies. It is quickly becoming the place to be if you have a startup or tech business.

AZOffices.com announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Weldon Park in Phoenix, AZ. The 16,000 square foot building is located near Central Ave and Osborn Ave in the heart of Midtown. “It is a great location for us and we are excited to finally open a location in Midtown,” explained Sara Medina, Partner with AZOffices.com. The new location will offer AZOffices.com’s Executive Suites and Virtual Offices for small businesses. This space will also include Mini-Suites and an Incubator co-working space. Remodeling plans have already commenced and the building will soon have a modern look and feel.

AZOffices.com has traditionally catered to startups and small companies. Their all-inclusive service is a great fit for many businesses not wanting to commit to long term office space, yet still have flexible office space at an affordable price. Their Mini-Suite concept will allow them to also cater to slightly larger businesses by offering flexible office configurations that range from 250 to 2,500 square feet.
