Empyrean Benefit Solutions Acquires Bloom Health
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) July 06, 2016 -- Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc., the Hi-Touch Benefits Administration company, announced today that it has acquired its strategic partner, Bloom Health Corp., a leading provider of digital benefit delivery solutions based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
