Evaluator Group Releases New Study, “Hyperconverged Infrastructures in the Enterprise”
Boulder, CO (PRWEB) July 06, 2016 -- Evaluator Group today announced the worldwide release of the study, “Hyperconverged Infrastructures in the Enterprise”. Hyperconverged Infrastructures (HCIs) are popular solutions for a wide range of computing applications in small and medium-sized businesses. However, in the enterprise, companies with over 1000 employees, HCI adoption has been more limited. With the goal of determining current trends in enterprise HCI adoption, Evaluator Group surveyed IT decision makers in enterprises across a wide range of industries. The findings are published in this study, which was originally introduced at this year’s Data Storage Innovation Conference.
“We asked enterprise IT practitioners and managers where they planned to deploy HCIs, which products they were evaluating and why they were looking at hyperconverged in the first place. We also asked what they thought about this technology in general and how they saw it fit into the enterprise data center. Some of what they told us was surprising.”, said Eric Slack, Evaluator Group’s Lead Analyst in this study.
The full study can be purchased by IT vendors for $3999 and is immediately available to Evaluator Group’s paid subscribers. Contact us to discuss becoming a paid subscriber or to purchase this study. Evaluator Group has recently released an Executive Summary detailing which findings from the survey are explored in the full study. This Executive Summary is currently offered as a free download.
