Americans are spending an increasing amount of money on their pets for the last 22 years, according to the American Pet Products Association. Spending $17 billion in 1994 to almost $63 billion in 2015, pet owners expect quality experiences for their furry family members.

To keep up with growing client demands, Petropolis Pet Resort is opening Canine Cove, a dog-only waterpark. The grand opening party will be held Thursday, July 14th 2016 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Canine Cove features over 30 waterpark elements including a paw-shaped splash pad, water umbrella, water arches, water chasers and bubbling canine hydrant.

The private, grand opening party will include tours of the new facility, refreshments, food, games and prizes for loyal Petropolis clients. Special guests and city officials will participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony at 7 p.m.
