Laura Sullivan Named New Creative Director and Laura Sutton Middleton Elevated to Senior Director, Client Solutions for North America’s Leading Email Marketing Agency

Laura Sullivan was named Creative Director. Sullivan will lead a team well known for designing and building industry-leading, innovative emails for the agency’s world class client list. The BrightWave design team has won numerous awards and has developed proprietary tools to solve complex client needs. Before joining BrightWave, Sullivan held key positions at Scoutmob, The Home Depot and several national magazines.

Laura Sutton Middleton was named Senior Director, Client Solutions, leading a growing number of Campaign and Project Managers responsible for key client duties. In this newly created position, Middleton will be focused on ensuring clients receive the right resources and most impactful support to reach their business goals. Prior to becoming part of the BrightWave team, Middleton was a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting where she implemented Human Capital business strategies for multiple Fortune 500 companies in the Consumer Products industry.
