“When you consider that nearly 70% of homes will experience a system or appliance failure this year, and that almost half of all Americans have no savings at all, you can see the tremendous impact a Home Warranty Service Agreement can have,” said Bartosch

Michael Bartosch, president of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW®) Resale Division, an industry-leading provider of new construction structural warranties and systems and appliances coverage for new and existing homes, has been named president of the National Home Service Contract Association (NHSCA), a national non-profit 501(c) (6) organization serving home service contract providers and consumer interests.

As president of NHSCA, Michael Bartosch will serve as an advocate for the home warranty industry and work diligently to further educate consumers on the many benefits and the value home service contract providers deliver.

“The home warranty industry continues to grow, and every day more consumers are benefiting from the protection and support that the organization’s approved members help provide,” said Bartosch. “Working with fellow leaders to continue to elevate the industry’s visibility and standing is a priority for me, and something I am honored to be charged with as we help navigate its future.”

Bartosch has been with 2-10 HBW for 24 years, where he has worked diligently to help provide customers with much-needed budget protection and to improve the overall experience of home ownership. “When you consider that nearly 70% of homes will experience a system or appliance failure this year, and that almost half of all Americans have no savings at all, you can see the tremendous impact a Home Warranty Service Agreement can have,” said Bartosch, citing a recent CNBC article. “If you’re living paycheck to paycheck, you may not have the $5,000+ laying around you would need to replace an Air Conditioner. Service Agreements are so valuable in that they can help provide relief should a failure occur.”
