BNP Paribas Fortis Rolls Out Customer Loyalty Campaign with Seaters, a New York Marketing Technology Company
New York, NY (PRWEB) July 20, 2016 -- Seaters, a New York-based marketing technology company, and BNP Paribas Fortis, Belgium’s largest bank, have expanded their already successful partnership to give banking customers access to BNP Paribas Fortis’ sponsor tickets. The Seaters platform helps to optimize these sponsor assets reducing the waste while increasing the sponsorship ROI. With over 300 events per year BNP Paribas Fortis has tens of thousands of sponsor tickets and through the Seaters partnership has been able to reduce their waste from 18% to under 1%.
“We are very excited to expand on our already successful relationship and help BNP Paribas Fortis activate their customer base and provide another innovative and unique service.” Stated Jean-Sebastien Gosuin, CEO of Seaters
In the first phase, over 17,000 “Priority Banking by James” customers will receive a unique code to enter the Priority Banking Fan Group, operated by Seaters. Using the Seaters platform, clients sign-up to wish lists of BNP Paribas Fortis sponsored events they would like to attend. The Seaters platform allows BNP Paribas Fortis to raise awareness with a broad range of clients, but manage their expectations thanks to the Seaters “Likelihood Algorithm” that shows the probability to obtain a ticket. When traditional channels of distributing tickets is exhausted or there are last minute cancellations, tickets are distributed to clients eager to attend the event – even last-minute.
“For BNP Paribas Fortis being innovative is crucial and we are very serious about the digital revolution. We invest in new technologies, solutions and services.”
The partnership between BNP Paribas Fortis and Seaters started in 2014, with impressive results; 12,000 employees were invited, 40% market penetration, 28% active users and above all a reduction from 18% unused tickets to a dazzling 0.9%. Seaters captured a total demand for 54,000 tickets and (re)distributed 17,000 seats, that otherwise would have remained empty. At an average ticket price of $50, BNP Paribas was able to save over $850,000 of sponsor assets. In addition, with the additional demand BNP was able to obtain an additional $300,000 worth of sponsor tickets from organizers making this even more valuable.
In the beginning of 2017, the second phase of the program, all 400,000 Priority Banking customers will be rewarded with the privilege to access the Seaters platform.
