God can still do something with us that will help us grow stronger and bring glory to His name.
INDIANAPOLIS (PRWEB) July 12, 2016
At age 16, Mark Dutton, D.Min., found himself entrenched in a life of drug abuse, drinking and a rebellious lifestyle. It wasn’t until one night when God used a Christian friend to lovingly question Dutton’s salvation. Dutton then trusted Christ as his Lord and Savior and his life was radically changed.
In his new book, “What God Can Do With An Idiot,” Dutton shares 13 biblical stories of how God used the lives of individuals dealing with their own sin and struggles in miraculous ways.
Dutton seeks to give readers hope in what God can do through them, even when they make foolish decisions. With these lessons that Dutton pulls from the Bible and his straightforward speech, “What God Can Do With An Idiot” can help show everyone how God can help them continue to grow, think and act like Christ, and be used to glorify God and help others.
“I want to encourage people that even though we all make some stupid choices, God can show us His love, His grace, His mercy and His power,” Dutton said. “God can still do something with us that will help us grow stronger and bring glory to His name.”
With four different degrees in theology and counseling and roughly 30 years of ministering, Dutton is well versed in theological understanding on how these biblical accounts can influence and apply to our lives on a daily basis.
