iQuanti, a leading data-driven digital marketing company, today announced the appointment of Martin W. Slusarz to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Slusarz, who most recently served as CFO of C-SAM, a provider of mobile wallet and on-device software and services that was acquired by MasterCard in 2014, will manage iQuanti’s global finance team and report to Sastry Rachakonda, the company’s founder and CEO.
“Marty joining the team comes at a critical point as iQuanti continues its rapid business growth and looks to further scale its business and processes,” said Rachakonda. “We’re looking forward to tapping into his extensive financial experience in both large and small companies as we expand our offerings.”
Over the past year, iQuanti has expanded into Mexico City, Canada, and the U.K., and grew its client roster, which is filled with Fortune 500 companies, and revenue by 50 percent. In the coming year, iQuanti will look to launch a new predictive search analytics tool, which will help the company scale.
Slusarz, who has extensive experience as a business leader and financial officer, has led many large and strategic business transactions both on the buy and sell side, working with some of the largest and most successful corporations in the world.
During his time at C-SAM, Slusarz played a lead role in helping scale the business and developing the necessary policies, processes, controls and management information to effectively manage the company through rapid growth and global expansion, which ultimately led to it being acquired by MasterCard in 2014. Prior to C-SAM, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Discover, where he played a leadership role in the successful spinoff of the company from Morgan Stanley in 2008.
