Smithfield Properties and @properties Launch Sales For 808 Wells Luxury Condominiums; Sales Center and Model Now Open
CHICAGO (PRWEB) July 12, 2016 -- Chicago-based Smithfield Properties and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties, announced the start of sales for 808 Wells, a new high-rise condominium development located at the northwest corner of Chicago Avenue and Wells Street in the River North neighborhood. Last year, the firm introduced 400 West Huron, which sold out in just nine months at market-topping prices for the Kingsbury Park neighborhood. Smithfield also developed 30 West Oak in the Gold Coast, where re-sale units have been averaging over $1,000 per square foot. Other Smithfield condo developments include SoNo Tower in the Clybourn Corridor, and Kingsbury on the Park and Erie on the Park in River North.

808 Wells will also feature an assortment of upscale amenities including a 24-hour doorman; fitness center; climate-controlled wine storage; sun deck; and dog run.
