Prophix Software Wins Industry Excellence Award from Dresner Advisory Services

The annual awards acknowledge vendors who have achieved a leadership position in the 2016 Dresner Advisory Services Wisdom of Crowds® Business Intelligence (BI) or Enterprise Planning Market Studies. The annual research reports are based on data collected from end users and provide a real-world perspective on the BI and planning markets.
The Dresner Advisory Services Industry Excellence Awards go to those vendors who achieved high rankings in the Customer Experience and Vendor Credibility market models included in the annual flagship BI and Planning reports. The Customer Experience model considers the real-world experience of customers working with vendors’ technology solutions on a daily basis, plotting touch points – sales and service – against customer sentiment surrounding product and technology. The Vendor Credibility Model considers a vendor’s relationship with customers, plotting value for price paid against a “confidence” score comprised of integrity and recommend measures.
The 2016 awards were presented across five categories: Overall Leader, Customer Experience Leader, Technology Leader, Credibility Leader, and Trust Leader
Overall Leaders
Overall leadership awards recognize vendors who demonstrate excellence across all categories of measurement: product/technology, sales and service, value, and confidence.
Customer Experience and Technology Leaders
Customer Experience leaders are vendors who demonstrate high levels of sales and service as well as product/technology. Technology Leaders are vendors with strong product offerings.
Credibility and Trust Leaders
Credibility leaders are vendors whose customers reflect a high level of confidence and sense of value for price paid. Trust Leaders are vendors with strong perceived confidence score.
