BaneCare Management, LLC, a trusted family name in senior care services for over 57 years, announces the acquisition of six rehabilitation and nursing centers – five along the south shore of Massachusetts and one in Brighton. "The nursing centers, acquired from Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group, include: Bay Path Rehab & Nursing Center in Duxbury; Brighton House Rehab & Nursing Center in Brighton; Colonial Rehab & Nursing Center in Weymouth; Hancock Park Rehab & Nursing Center in Quincy; Harbor House Rehab & Nursing Center in Hingham and John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center in Braintree.

Harrison Bane, vice-president of operations, will be responsible for the oversight of the six new BaneCare nursing facilities as well as an assisted living residence at Hancock Park in Quincy and three adult day health centers in Braintree, Hingham and Weymouth. Bane was previously vice-president of operations at Steward Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.
