Earlier this year, Happy Head Foot Reflexology and Massage in San Diego announced at http://www.happyheadmassage.com/new-loyalty-rewards-program-at-happy-head-massage/ that it would be revamping its loyalty rewards program. San Diego’s busiest massage establishment stated that it had listened to its customers and said that it was time to make some massive improvements.
Under the old loyalty system, customers would be given one stamp for every regularly priced massage that they purchased, whether it was a 60 minute $35 Asian Style massage or a 90 minute $78 Asian Fusion massage. And stamps were never received when they made a purchase at a discount. Under the new system, customers are rewarded for every dollar that they spend. That way they can earn points when purchasing at a discount and can earn even more points when upgrading their services.
For Happy Head Rewards, customers receive one point for every ten dollars they spend. They would then be provided with a reward after accruing 10 points. Each point can be applied as a dollar towards any massage purchase. So essentially customers are earning 10% back on each and every purchase. With this new system, clients don’t have to wait to fill up a card to start using points towards purchases. They can start using them in as little as two visits.
The Happy Head now has more flexibility with promotions under the new system. A promotion that is currently active is Super Tuesday! On Tuesdays when clients purchase a massage at any Happy Head location they earn 50% more loyalty points with their purchase. More great deals are already planned to be coming soon.
There are many more reasons as to why Happy Head Massage started the Happy Head rewards program. First and most important is that they wanted to reward their most loyal customers. Happy Head Massage does not resort to Groupons, coupon cutters, or other super discounted ways of getting customers. They rely on repeat and referral business from their satisfied customers. Rewarding them was a no-brainer.
There are many other great benefits to the new Happy Head rewards program. Customers don’t have to worry anymore about losing their loyalty card or having their app crash because the rewards are linked to their phone number on Happy Head’s system. Customers will also soon be able to check their point status on the Happy Head website at http://www.HappyHeadMassage.com.
Even with the new changes the Happy Head is still sticking to what has made them so successful. And that is giving a great massage without the spa price. They never plan to charge memberships or contracts and will still give rewards to their customers.
