Space Coast Association of REALTORS® to launch Find Services Directory for the Melbourne/ Merritt Island Area
Melbourne, Florida (PRWEB) July 19, 2016 -- Space Coast Association of REALTORS® today announced its plans to release the Space Coast Find Services™ Directory, a mobile-friendly online listing of local businesses (like plumbers, electricians, lawn care, pet sitting, etc.) that homeowners – and REALTORS® – often need before, during and after a real estate sale, and as part of everyday life.
Space Coast is producing the Directory in partnership with SavvyCard®, a St. Petersburg software company that also supplies Space Coast’s REALTOR® members with electronic business cards and referral marketing software. The release date is scheduled for October of this year.
The Find Services Directory will be available on the electronic business cards of all 3,700+ Space Coast REALTOR® members and on mobile listing sheets for the 12,000+ homes the association’s members sell every year, and it will be promoted locally to consumers through online and traditional advertising. Anyone will be able to access the Directory and all the companies in it through a standard web URL, and special “share” buttons included with the Directory make it easy to share with other people, even through social media.

Any local business can apply to be included the directory, but businesses will be turned away if they don’t pass a robust vetting process that includes credit checks, criminal background checks, Better Business Bureau rating checks, online review analysis, and insurance and license checks. The strict vetting process is to keep the directory full of companies that meet high quality standards and provide a useful tool for REALTORS® and consumers alike.
