It is an honor to be chosen by my colleagues to serve as President-Elect. I look forward to working alongside the other executive committee members to continually advance FIABCI-USA.

Susan Greenfield, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens, was named president-elect of FIABCI-USA, the International Real Estate Federation’s U.S. chapter. Ms. Greenfield was elected at the FIABCI-USA spring meeting and will serve her term as president-elect for one year before assuming the role of president.

Ms. Greenfield has been an active member of FIABCI-WORLD Federation for the last 36 years and has held several leadership positions including serving as the president of the New York Council on 3 separate occasions.

"We are very fortunate to have Susan as a member of the FIABCI-USA executive committee," said Maire Rosol, president FIABCI-USA, "because of her history of accomplishments in our industry and her commitment to the FIABCI world-wide organization over these years. We look forward to her even greater role with FIABCI-USA."

Ms. Greenfield brings a rich and diverse history of comprehensive real estate brokerage, marketing, branding and consulting services to her position – ranging from individuals and small businesses to multi–billion dollar international conglomerates. FIABCI-USA is on the cutting-edge of innovations in the real estate sector. Recently they awarded nine international real estate students grants through the FIABCI Scholarship Foundation to complete their studies. Also, they are launching The City We Need is Affordable campaign. The campaign is focused on identifying and sharing the best global solutions for affordable housing because there is currently a severe shortage of moderately priced housing for those who live and work in the cities.
