REAL Trends is a leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate agents and teams. In order to be recognized on The Thousand, candidates must undergo a rigorous application process, which begins in January. REAL Trends sends applications to those who qualified in past years and then contacts national real estate brands so they can encourage their sales associates and teams to apply. The company also works directly with all brokerage firms ranked on the REAL Trends 500 and Up-and-Comers and virtually every local and state Association of Realtors®. REAL Trends invites these parties to submitted qualified candidates or notify them so they can reach out to them directly.
REAL Trends requires independent third-party verification on every sales professional and team that submits an application. REAL Trends also verifies whether a person submitting an application is an individual sales professional or part of a team and ranks the categories separately.
