Paycor Hiring More than 250 in Next 12 Months

Company Leasing Additional Space for 280 Sales Team Members

Paycor will hire approximately 250 new Associates in the next 12 months. To accommodate a portion of that growth, the company leased 39,400 square feet of space at the Central Parke Office Building in Norwood. By the spring of 2017, Central Parke will be home to 280 sales team members.

Every department at Paycor’s Norwood headquarters has grown significantly in the past two years. Paycor teams moved into its 136,000 square-foot headquarters in April 2014, but as Senior Director of Facilities Steve Verdin states, “We’re already actively looking for our next large-scale development opportunity.”

Paycor is experiencing outsized growth in its Frisco tech hub, as well. In April, the company expanded its presence at Hall Office Park from an existing 11,878 square feet to 37,199 square feet. This expansion will grow Paycor’s Frisco staff to 180 Associates in the next one to two years. In June, the company added 7,350 square feet of office space in Fort Collins, Colorado, which will be home to 40 Newton Software team members. Paycor acquired Newton in December 2015.

A recent recipient of the Cincinnati Business Courier Fast 55 award, Paycor is growing inside and outside of its hometown, providing hundreds of jobs and boosting the presence of HR technology. The company’s growth reflects U.S. businesses are relying on partners like Paycor at an increasing rate due to increasing compliance and the importance of technology to today’s workers. Paycor’s solutions and continued focus on customer service are meeting market needs.
