Pembroke Pines, Florida (PRWEB) July 25, 2016 -- Safety and security is on the forefront of society’s mind more than ever before, and the demand for highly trained and qualified licensed security professionals has never been greater. From armed security and unarmed security positions to loss prevention and asset protection, the proactive nature of the security officers job is a critical part of effective strategies for protecting the public not only when mass violence erupts, but on a day-to-day basis. To provide the highest standard of security training to individuals engaged in the private security industry and ensure top quality security professionals in the field, Florida’s top two security training schools, the S2 Safety & Intelligence Institute and Invictus Security, have joined forces to create The Security Training Group, LLC (STG).
Since 1998, the S2 Safety & Intelligence Institute has trained thousands of security, intelligence, and law enforcement professionals in critical public safety and private security topics both nationally and around the globe. With a staff of world-class instructors, S2 has earned a reputation as one of the world’s premier sources for security and public safety training. Invictus was founded in 2008 by two U.S. Force Reconnaissance Marines who brought their high level of security & firearms training into the private security sector. Invictus Security is a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and the first Florida Veterans Approved Training School for security training. Invictus not only delivers high quality training but also helps U.S. Military Veterans, former Law Enforcement and unemployed Florida residents get back to work in the security industry. With executive leadership and top instructors from S2 and Invictus at the helm, The Security Training Group is slated to become the most trusted and respected name in professional security training across the nation.
STG’s first security school location is in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and will serve as an invaluable resource for the Ft. Lauderdale and Miami security markets. With plans to expand across Florida and the U.S., STG aims to work diligently to become the number one security academy meeting and exceeding the nation’s private security training needs today and into the future.
