Ventiv Technology announced today that Peter Govek has been named vice president sales, Americas.

Ventiv Technology announced today that Peter Govek has been named vice president sales, Americas. The announcement was made by Stephen Rhee, chief executive officer of Ventiv Technology. Govek started with Ventiv Technology in 2005 as a sales representative and has been promoted to a variety of sales management positions, most recently holding the role of regional vice president, Eastern United States and Canada.

As vice president sales, Americas, Govek will lead Ventiv’s new business strategy and focus on new emerging markets in Latin and South America. He is also responsible for hiring, training and managing Ventiv’s front line new business development team.

“With a senior level of sales management experience and a successful track record of selling to the insurer, TPA, corporate and risk management space, Govek will have an immediate positive impact on our team and go to market approach,” says Rhee.

Govek holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Govek has focused on providing insurance, risk and safety technology solutions since 1996 to the carrier, public entity, corporate, TPA and insurance pool marketplace.
